Overall I had a good experience during my stay. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. The food is great and had lots of variety. The bed was very soft and comfortable. There is a direct bus to the airport which only costs less than 100 TWD

I was impressed with the quality of the room and bathroom. My family stayed very close to the elevator, but heard little to no noise. Same with the traffic outside the building. All staff that we interacted with were friendly, and the location was convenient for public transit access. Would easily stay here again.

Location: the hotel is not located very close to some of the main attractions, but it is just a couple of minutes away from Minquan W Rd station, from which you can catch both the red and orange MRT (metro) lines. Breakfast: the breakfast is exclusively Chinese style. Although the selection is not huge, it changes daily and it is of good quality. Staff: the staff were very polite and helpful.

I stayed here for 19 days and was satisfied with the quality and convenience there. The location is excellent. A night market is 20 minutes walk away. There are a lot of restaurants serving good food near a big hospital. The metro station and the red and yellow lines are also nearby. They provide laundry machines, driers, iced water, hot water, and even public umbrellas

The location is close to Minquan West Road metro station, served by the yellow and red lines. Red line is going through many of the top visiting spots of Taipei, so it's very convenient. The breakfast is great: a lot of variety and several new items day to day (we stayed 5 nights and there was always something different the morning after). It's much more Asian style, yet with a few nice western touches such as macarons. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and staff were helpful. Definitely recommended!

Perfect moment for our vacation. Very well placed. Orange and red lines metro just near the hotel + lots of bus. Great room with space and a window. Our room was at the last floor which was a very good point. Cleaning room every day. Great bathroom with a bathtub and a shower with a lot of amenities. Towels are changed every day. A little expensive but kind of reasonable (around 150€ for 3 people per day), but if you want this quality of service and room like this you have to pay the price in Taipei. We decided to take 3 other nights at this hotel for the rest of our trip because everything is good in it. If you need to travel light, they keep your luggage if necessary if you go to another place.

Almost everything, it has everything a traveller might need. There’s free laundry room, free coffee/tea/ice dispenser/hot water all day long. Staffs go out of their way to provide assistance even if it’s outside their scope.

Staff were friendly and patient. The room is spacious and clean. It only has air-conditioning and no heating so it can get a little chilly during the winter however they can provide a small portable heater upon request. Breakfast was simple and decent - porridge + condiments, some bread and cakes and hot food. Location wise, it's a short distance away from dihua street, wenchang temple & market etc- enjoyed the lovely strolls to these places.

We had a corner suite and it was a great size for the 9 days we stayed. It had a good-sized living area to relax. The room was quiet and everything was of good quality. The staff are super efficient and very friendly. There was an amazing variety of Western and Asian dishes at breakfast. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from the Red and Yellow metro lines which means you can basically get anywhere in the city easily.
